Research: Stakeholder Interviews: Business heads, developers, merchants Competitive Benchmarking: Compared Paystack, Flutterwave, Interswitch User Testing (Remote): 8 merchants, 10 card users Heuristic Evaluation: Identified pain points in form flow, dashboard, and mobile view
